From n/b I 15 frwy take n/b HWY 395 approx. 11.3 miles to Air Express Way/Air Base Rd and go east (right) for approx. 1.9 miles. The base will be located on your left. Turn left at the light and enter the first gate, “Phantom West St” and continue north for approx. 0.6 miles. Turn east (right) on Mustang St and travel approx. 0.4 miles.
